Prices for Orkneycrofts
The Crofts are available for weekly lets from Saturday to Saturday from the beginning of April to the end of September. Lets of varying duration are available from October through April. Depending on annual calender variations the low season is approximately from mid-Sept to early May. High season thus from May - mid-September. The Christmas and New Year period are priced as high season.
Prices per week will fluctuate on the particular croft within these bands. They range from £325-£595 low season to £475-£845 high season.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 for the Byre, £150 for Turriedale and £200 for East Heddle reserves your holiday on booking, payable by cheque or through the secure server Paypal process.
Either the balance due or full payment is due 42 days before your arrival. Cancellation within these 42 days is non-refundable. Prices are fully inclusive.
Check in time from 15.00 hours, earlier by arrangement. Guests should vacate by 10.30 hours, though we are flexible depending on real time conditions.

The availability and reservation function is fully inclusive. On placing your booking and wishing to pay online you will leave this site and be directed to Paypal's secure authenticated server for processing. You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your booking.
If you have decided to pay be cheque and send by post then you will receive the e-mail confirmation which will hold the booking for 10 days while we await your payment and bank clearance. We will contact you if we have any problems with this process.
